My order was misplaced & when we received it, it was overly saucey & was very difficult to chew. The dough was flat & was like cardboard.
I have been ordering from Domino's for 20 ish yrs. I have never complained before.
I would hope that i could at least get 2 medium pizzas as a credit.
That is what i purchased. In defense of the lady that was working there all by herself...it can't be easy.

Unsatisfied with order
The wings had a lot of fat. And the pizza was crispy not regular too well done. I have had a lot better at this location!

Refund of Cancelled order
Hi there,
I placed an online order on Domino's at Store (10402): 801 Matheson Blvd W Mississauga ON L5V2N6 | 905-755-**** on Date: 08/28/2024 2:21 AM. I wanted to have my order delivered at 02:45 AM but I accidentally selected 02:45 PM instead. The next day, around 10 AM, I called the store and canceled my order. The store staff said I would get my money back in a few days. However, it has been 14 days and I have not received anything yet. Today, I called the store but they suggested that I contact Domino's customer care, so I am reaching out to you.
Could you kindly assist me in getting my refund or money back?

Don't let these guys SCAM you.
Ignoring the fact that the pizza crust was 1/8th of an inch thick, they charge $5.50 for delivery, so with the tax you have to pay on that tip, that's over $6, plus when I paid for the order at the door with cash, which I told them I was going to do - the driver had NO CHANGE!!!
So this shyster delivery thief cons me out of a $10 tip in addition to the $6 delivery fee on a tiny order of $20 - so I paid somewhere near 70% of my order cost for the tip and delivery charge.
HOW DARE THEY SCAM LIKE THAT!!!
Don't let them do that to you.
Look at the reviews for this place ordered chronologically: almost ALL the reviews in recent years are ONE STAR.

Not satisfied with the large Pepperoni pizza orderded today July 2nd from Dominos Pizza, 1900 Dixie Road, Pickering, ON
I called the store to complain that the sauce tasted spicy and that there was barely any cheese on the pizza. The person on the phone simply said that it was the same sauce from every other Dominos.
I told him I always order the same pizza from Dominos in Brooklin for my grand kids and they complained that there was not the same and I have to agree with them .. the sauce taste different and because there was barely any cheese all you could taste was the spicy sauce. The kids ate one piece each abd we're left with the worst tasting pizza ever. The least he could have said was sorry and to return the pizza ...
he simply kept silent on the phone ... just ublelievable customer service!!

Bad pizza
We ordered a large pizza. It was so dry and not good at all.
We will never order again. We paid 35 for this pizza.
What a rip off. I would rather pay 50.00 for Shorty's pizza because I know it will be delicious!

Wrong order
To whom it matters concern!
We ordered a large size 4 topping pizza last night for dinner. When my husband got home with the pizza we noticed it was the wrong size it was an 8 slice medium.
We werent going to drive 20 minutes back to get another one. I have copies the receipt.
We have ordered from you before and have been satisfied with the order and pizza.
Can you please reimburse our cost! $15.81

Have yet to hear from anybody from Dominos after multiple calls and emails over my concern with their drivers.Disgusting!
The Wasaga beach store delivery drivers have loud modified cars racing up and down our small narrow street in our quiet cottage area when they should be using Moseley street as a delivery route and NOT EMPLOYING DRIVERS WITH NO MUFFLERS OR A MODIFIED LOUD MUFFLER!!! Police will be getting involved very soon as neighbours are fed up and dont have to be subjected to this abuse of our community!

Online order didn't go through! Now paying double
Ordered online, completed order and pressed order button twice. There was no message to correct anything, it appeared to have gone though.
The order said pick up in 15 min so I left to pick up. I arrived 20 min as I live 20 min away from location. No order was received at location. Staff helpful but online not.
The cost was much higher than expected.
First time ordering on line with Dominos. I have ordered on line with several other companies.

Poorly done
I ordered thin and crispy crust, taste more like a pastry, over done,very little taste to it,asked for light sauce but barely had any on it...bacon was all over the box not on my pizza...expired coke by almost a month...hey dominos, do you make thin and crispy crust at your store? Or have it shipped to stores frozen? Cause it tasted like a frozen pizza

Complaint regarding my recent order
i was waiting on my order and ad quest over and all of a sudden my door opens and pizza driver says pizza is here. we were so shocked. i had guest so didnt complain last night but decided to address the situation today.
